Keeping you on the right side of Companies House

Every incorporated business in the UK must file a confirmation statement each year to confirm their company information with Companies House. This includes essential details like your company name, its registration number, and its registered office address. It also needs to contain a statement of capital – outlining whether shares were traded in your company, detailing any shareholders, and naming a person of significant control. It’s actually a criminal offence not to submit a confirmation statement, which could mean your company gets struck off the list and fined. They’re usually due one year and 14 days after you incorporated your company.
